will upgrading to windows 10 solve high dpc latency problem of windows 8.1?

i am currently using windows 8.1 pro but i have very high dpc latency.Will upgrading to windows 10 solve this problem?

thanks for your answer.The thing is though that i only have high latency when playing music through my laptop speakers or while using camera etc.I use latencymon and and that shows my main problem is bad drivers.That's why i was thinking maybe changing OS might work.

You could certainly try. If you have a valid Windows 7 key hanging around you might have better luck with Windows 7 as it has been out for some time now. I wouldn't bet on Win. 10 having good driver support yet.
