Razer Megalodon not being recognized on windows 10.

Hello!

I'm having this problem with my Razer Megalodon that windows 10 isn't recognizing it even after installing and reinstalling its drivers. Although my headset works on my laptop ( windows 7 ).

So far I've tried:
- Installing and reinstalling drivers for My headset.
- Disabling usb 3.0 from bios like some forums suggested.

Please if anyone has a solution for this it would be great! I don't want my Megalodon to go to waste.

I think you were referring to this thread when you spoke of disabling the USB 3.0 ports. Have you tried installing the drivers in compatibility mode?
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Select OS(Windows 7)

and see if the installation goes along with the audio device being detected.

Have you also been through this thread?
