Whats the Best Graphics card for me to buy?

Hi im here to ask you guys what is the best graphics cards out of the ones i say. I wanna use it for video rendering. Livestreaming and of course gaming bf4, black ops 3,gta 5 ect... My budget is around 450-500 dollars but im not a huge fan of the 900 series. So what would be the best cards I could get out of all of these. Nvidia 690, Nvidia 770 sli(2), Amd 7990, Amd r9 290x crossfire(2).
Or if you guys could suggest any other setups that would be better that are not part of the 900 series that would be great! Thanks!

R9 390 crossfire. should be same price as the 290x crossfire, but better.
