Which version of Microsoft Windows are you running? DirectX 12 is exclusive to Windows 10.

No, it shows DirectX 12

Try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), reboot, and then install the drivers available on Nvidia's website. Don't install the graphics drivers that come from Microsoft, as the two are quite different.
