Bottom of my windows 10 screen cut off, need help :(

The bottom of my screen is cut off, im using windows 10 and this problem occured by itself, with the screen being previously a perfect fit to the monitor, I have tried changing screen resolution but it doesn't help.

I have always been using 1600:900 resolution. Thanks in advance.

Check your monitor as there may be an auto adjust picture button you can press to automatically center the image again. If not, there should be a manual set up to move the picture up, down, left, right, etc. It's more common when I'm deploying a new system to someone that the monitor needs to be adjusted the first time, but every blue moon someone will have a similar issue where the picture has moved some (it's the gremlins or they may have bumped a button and not noticed it). I would start here first as it sounds most like a monitor adjustment issue.

It used to be fine but there is no auto adjust button on my monitor, just an on off button, how do I manually move the picture?

What type of monitor do you have? It's possible that there aren't menu buttons but most every monitor I can think of that I've come across in the last 25 years has had some menu buttons somewhere on it. If you don't see a model number on the front, there should be one on the back side with the serial number and all that other jazz.

Like in this photo, http://sishardware.com/imgs/a/b/o/i/s/aoc_lcd_monitor__model_tft20w90ps___20__screen__black__wcable__energy_star_5_lgw.jpg there should be a sticker somewhere that says the specific model of the AOC monitor. I can probably look it up after knowing that and find a way to try and adjust the screen that way.

I'm having trouble trying to pinpoint your monitor, but here is an AOC example. http://support.aocmonitorap.com/userguide/f22/English/v-04.htm Scroll about 40-45% of the way through the information and look for the orange title "Function Control Illustration" which will have a chart that shows what options are where. The option you're going to want to be looking for will have an image of the screen with directional arrows. Under this menu you should be able to adjust the height and width of the picture (moving it up, down left or right). Similar instructions can be found here http://us.aoc.com/support/documents/pdf/documents/564 and starting on page 17 with the HotKeys (It'll be under the menu key).

when I download I-menu the whole top row of icons and the bottom left icon doesn't work
