Best budget gaming PC ($800 with monitor)

So I'm planning to build a Gaming PC in late December, mostly since I have time to build it and prices will drop. This is what I've come up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mc218132/saved/FpB323
Is this a good build for the price? Yes, I went for more expensive memory/mobo so I could get a red/black theme for the overall build. I will cover the GTX logo with electrical tape (ghetto but it'll fit better). I will mostly be playing Minecraft/CS:GO with this, possibly Blacks Ops 3 when it gets out. I've determined this will mostly likely be able to support every game at 1080p with at least medium settings, and I may upgrade to a second monitor later. Thoughts?

if you'll be gaming on both monitors, you'll want a stronger GPU. alternatively, you could also add a second 960 when you upgrade to a second monitor, but that would require a better motherboard and a bigger PSU. and i didn't notice before, but that PSU is way overpriced for what it is.
