Windows Store Not Opening Windows 10

When I attempt to open the Store on Windows 10 it pops up on my screen like it is about to open and then quickly disappears. No matter how I try it only flashes on the screen and then gone. I am running Windows 10 home 64bit. I also can not click on the "Search Windows" button at the bottom right of the screen. When I click on it nothing happens, it used to let me type in terms or whatever...
I went through a list of possible fixes that did not work from various websites such as wsreset... Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

Give a sfc / scannow a try first and if that doesn't work try this
