What is the best 1080p, IPS monitor?

I am looking for an IPS monitor with a 1080p resolution and preferably 120hz-144hz. I would like the size to be 24-25 inch if possible and the price not over £250 though I may be able to stretch.
Any suggestions?

Hello,

No such monitor exists. The only 144 Hz IPS panel on the market is the M270DAN02.3, which is being used in the MG279Q, XB270HU, and the upcoming PG279Q.

Yes, that's unfortunate,

A lot of people want it to exist, but if they were to make one, people would stop buying their high end products, and their current TN panels would be washed away, because in terms of input lag and pixel response time, IPS and TN are about even. The best PC monitor that I think gets little to no attention, is the FG2421 by EIZO. It's using a VA panel, which in both games and movies is superior to that of IPS, however. The color reproduction is slightly below IPS, but way above TN.
