Torn between these two FreeSync monitors...please advice

I have a R9 Fury to power one of these monitors:

Acer Xg270hu:
It's a TN panel, 2560x1440 @ 144Hz, and freesync range is 30-144Hz

OR

LG 27MU67:
It's an IPS panel, 4K @ 60Hz, and freesync range is 40-60Hz

Both are 27-inch monitors and cost about the same. Which would you recommend? Please advice and much thanks!

the acer Xg270hu is the one of the best if not the best gaming monitor with freesync on the market.

144hz at 1440p offer the best experience possible in gaming atm.
