Is this a good starting monitor for 144hz 1ms gaming? Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor

I honestly don't want to spend a whole ton on a monitor at first because later on I am going to be getting a dual monitor set up and I just want to get a fairly decent yet not super pricey 144hz 1ms monitor. I really wanted this because I am spending quite a bit on my computer (Only 16 with a first job..) and don't want to be limited to a cheap monitor. For my second monitor I am either going with an IPS just so games like The Witcher will look even better, hopefully.

Nice rig and the monitor will be just fine, let us know how the rig comes out. You'll love the Hero (have one with a 6600K) and the H7 is a good cooler for it, RAM will be fine also, I've got a set of the 300 RJ V that I teted with originally
