New build early BSOD troubles

So I've just completed my first build ever and I installed windows 10 and I am starting to run into some BSOD errors. The first was ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY. the second which I have got twice now is memory management BSOD. any ideas on what it could be? I'm running prime 95 but it appears that if I have too many applications open ( especially YouTube) it crashes

I have a new i5 6500 with DDR4 16GB RAM. Is this too much memory, is the voltage not good, is my new memory back? Or is my software bad

Try leaving single RAM module installed and test. See if still BSOD. Test each RAM. If with both no BSOD, test the other slot.
