AMD driver stopped working then starts working again

I have windows 10 and when using the built-in xbox screen recorder or skype messenger an error pops up and says AMD graphic Driver has stopped working and is now responding. Id like to record my games but this pops up.. ?

Hi,

Do try to uninstall the old AMD graphics driver and install the latest one there is from their support site.
- Uninstall the AMD graphics driver from Device Manager.
- Do the same in Programs and Features.
- Download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Restart your PC and after the reboot set your games to play using AMD processor.
