BSOD Error driver irql not less or equal (minidump files in links)

I have gotten this error around 3 times, my PC has never received this BSOD ever since i built it. i have checked for virus and maleware but i didnt find any using my anti-virus program. i have some deleted some programs that i thought could be the problem. i have updated my GPU drivers and some other drivers. any help would be very appreciated. thank you in advance.
