Best 1440p monitor?

I currently have a 60 hz monitor that is 1080p. But i have a higher end card so its kind of being limited by the monitor.

Whats the best 144hz under 5 ms responce time monitor around or under 600$

Great monitor but it supports Free Sync and not G-Sync. That means you need an AMD video card that supports free sync. If not you're wasting money on that feature and should go for just a plain 144Hz panel.

If you have an Nvidia Gsync card you could get a Gsync monitor. Asus makes a nice one. I didn't check if BenQ has one.

Anyways BenQ is a good brand of monitors and are known for quality and reliability. I remember at one point not long ago they were considered the best monitor manufacturer.

Does free sync mean that its unable to work with a nvidia gpus?
It has adaptive sync so i assumed that it would work with both types.
