Computer randomly restarts/shuts down

Recently I have been having a problem with my computer where it randomly restarts or shuts down (both happen) after being on for about ten minutes, then after it either automatically restarts or I turn it back on, it enters a loop where it restarts again as soon as the startup sound occurs. Sometimes automatic repair starts but it dosnt do anything useful. Just tells me to restart my computer . the restarts/shutdowns are completely without warning, there is no screen flash, sound, blue screen or anything. This leads me to think it is not a hardware issue as all components stay on, it simply restarts the OS.
I would really like to get this fixed soon so any suggestions will be very helpful.

One more thing, I know the easiest suggestion is to do a clean install of Windows 10, but I do not have a back up right now or any way of getting one for the important data and programs on the computer, so this is a last resort for if there is nothing else I can do.

CPU: AMD FX 8150 black edition
GPU: MSI radeon r9 290x
PSU: Corsair rm750
MOBO: Asus m5 a99x evo r2.0
RAM: hyper x fury 2 times 4gb

I factory reset my pc waiting to see if this fixed it after windows 10 is reinstalled it should fix it.

EDIT:
I can't reinstall Windows. Windows was reset, everything was deleted, but I can't reinstall because pc keeps restarting halfway through.
I am thinking this is a motherboard issue but I'm not sure. Please can someone help me work out what this is because I need to get this sorted soon
