Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device message on startup. Had Windows 10, tried to install Debian as dual boot from netinst , failed install because of Grub dummy. The two systems are on the same hard drive, no way to delete any of them. Bios is set to HDD primary. Only way I can think of right now is to replace windows with Debian because I only have Debian install on USB. Any other solutions?

Seems like something you did removed the boot options from the drive so it can't detect the Windows setup. Run a repair setup using the Windows media, should get it working again. Even if you don't have the media now, you can easily create it from another computer.
