Looking for a good 24-25 inch IPS monitor

Hi, I'm looking for a 24-25 inch IPS monitor to use as a primary display while moving my HP LP2475w to a secondary display. I've checked here and other review sites, and it seems like the monitors they recommend in that size category are from 2011 or 2012. Is there anything newer out there that's good, or are the older ones still the best?

You're looking for a 24" IPS while you already have a 24" IPS. Is it because you just want a second monitor, or because you want something better than what you have already ?

Yes, I'm looking for a new primary monitor, while my current one will be the second monitor. I'd like 1920x1200 resolution if possible, and something for under $400.
