how to reactivate windows 10 after major hardware changes

hi! i will upgrade my mobo, cpu and ram soon on my "free upgrade" windows 10 platform. i was just wondering about the issues that this can generate. will windows deactivate itself due to major hardware changes and if so, how can i reactivate it. will i have to reinstall my genuine windows 8 pro license and do the free upgrade process again? thanks for your time!

A new motherboard = a new PC as far as Windows is concerned, so yes, Install and activate Windows 8 first, them upgrade to Windows 10.
