How to password protect a folder in window 10

I already created a "Folder Locker.bat" and double clicked on this folder, the window "Folder Locker" Are you sure u want to lock the folder (Y/N) shown in a second then gone. Why? Can anybody give me an answer?

There's a chance you didn't enter in the code to your .bat correctly.
