Was wondering how much I would expect to get for my build.

I would say around 250.

You will fetch the most money selling it as parts most likely. As a complete system it might be a harder sell as it's not really suitable for a gaming build, too large for an office PC. As parts someone may use the components for a budget HTPC or similar. It looks like between £150 - £200 worth of kit to me.

With the display and a legitimate install of Windows 7, I'd say $225 - $250 is about right.
