Just upgraded, did some recommended things now I can't connect to any Microsoft thing.

What's going on? I can't get updates, can't get to Microsoft's website, can't go into the app store, not even onedrive...

What privacy settings did you alter?

Are you using this particular computer to access Tom's Hardware? Is it having difficulty connecting to the internet or any other sites?
If so, try a little experiment. Click start, then type cmd and then press enter.
This will bring up the command prompt.
Try testing it by typing ping google.com
4 lines should then appear where you're sending a tiny package of information to google and seeing whether it replies.
Ironically you won't be able to ping microsoft.com due to their settings on their servers.

Well, everything, but I have a huge update, connected my phone to try it's tethering and everything connects fine... so my issue might be with my modem (integrated router) and my 5G router

I was indeed using the pc with the issue but as I have moved to another room, I am now on my phone. Other sites like google work just fine, my speed is 15 down 1.5 up on speedtest.net.

solution solved somewhat, unplugged pc from one router into the modem/router, I guess I'll just use the 5G Router for my remote devices.
