Windows Experience Index for intel HD 4000 dropped

I have a Dell Vostro 3560 laptop with intel core i5 3210 cpu and intel(r) 4000 gpu. The Windows Experience Index I received while had windows 7 pro 64 bit installed was 5.0. I recently installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (fresh install) and my score dropped down to 4.8. Both the times the lowest sub score was determined by graphics performance. Why did this happen, can anyone suggest?

Could be just a temporary glitch. Run WEI again, several days apart.

WEI was never much good anyway - - it was removed after Windows 7

After 8, yes. That was probably a driver issue. I reinstalled it and got my former ratings back. Thanks
