[Build log] Middle School JG01 mITX budget Haswell gaming.

Another student wants a Xmas build and to have it completed by the Hour of Coding on December 8. Skylake was eliminated because of the 'hard' $1500 budget and the 'need' to have an ultra wide monitor, and even then I have to go Refurbish.

(I'll slap a spare G3258 stock cooler on it. it is good with the copper slug)

PSU in, but upside-down, I see. We'll have to flip it over. A budget change required moving to a cheaper PSU and this was the only other one I had on hand.

We'll move the intake fan to the top position above the drive cage.
