Here: I replaced your PSU with something decent at the same time. Some prices of components I did not change has also changed, affecting the overall price. However, it's strongly recommended you don't build something with a tier 4 PSU like the Corsair you chose.

I don't really want to go with a dual core CPU, I'm a guy who likes to have many processes going on at the same time while gaming plus ,more games are taking more advantage of quad-core processors
