Best 1080P 1440HZ Gaming Monitor?

Hello,
Building my first gaming PC and I need a good gaming monitor to go with it. Eventually I will dive in to 1440P monitors, but for I now I need a solid 1080P with a high refresh rate for gaming. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would go with the ASUS VG248QE, it has a ton of features without being too expensive and it has a lot of reviews if you want to check it out.
