My windows 10 PC has become stuck in an infinite automatic repair loop

Hi, My windows 10 PC has become stuck in an infinite automatic repair loop where I cannot use any of the given advanced options. I cannot reset, restore, go back to a previous build etc, the only thing I can access is the command prompt.

In the command Prompt I have run a chkdsk /r /f to no avail & I have researched other solutions, none of which have worked.

At this point I will try literally anything so any advice is welcome.

I have had Windows 10 for a few months, and last night it blue screened me and I just held the power button down and turned it off, today I have not been able to get it to boot up, it gets as far as the black screen with the Windows logo and the swirling loading dots and then just sits there forever. Can't not get into Safemode, and even managed to uninstall all Applications and got to desktop, then restarted the computer and right back to the same damn problem. Good luck finding any help, been searching for hours...
