What file is this? vod.mp4 ?? How do i convert it

Hey, so i just downloaded a video from twitch which got converted as "vod.mp4", I've tried so many programs to both open and convert it, but no sucess. Quicktime, vlc etc..
How can i possibly convert it so i can upload it to youtube?

It didn't get converted to VOD.MP4, that's what it is.
VOD = Video On Demand - - it only plays via the media player on their website.
