digital vibrance help required

setting digital vibrance is safe or its gona harm my monitor? and at what percentage i should set it?
my pc specs
monitor - samsung SyncMaster B1930
ram- 6 gb
processor - i3 550
gpu - nvidia geforce 210

It doesn't have anything to do with your monitor. It is what is called a 'post processing' effect that is done completely on the graphics card. Honestly there is no reason to use it unless the PC is being used in a store as a display model. If you do decide to use it, set it to whatever looks right to you, everybody has different eyes.

I'm assuming it has to do with CS:GO or some other game. Professional players use this at 100% to make the characters pop out from the walls, making them easier to spot. Like said above, no, it can't hurt your monitor.
