Hello!

Whenever I play a game, whether low-end or high-end, my computer locks up for 30-60 seconds with 100% disk usage (ntroskrnl.exe) with 0.1 MB/s according to Task Manager, and then eventually resumes. Every once in a while, I'll get the BSOD (most recently within the hour).

Here's the link to my bluescreenviewer minidump:

My computer specs (Speccy):

I reformatted last month (Windows 7) with immediate re-upgrade to Windows 10 to hope to solve the issue with a little better luck (eliminated some other problems).

I had a major right-clicking shell issue a few weeks ago that I thought caused all the problems (Adobe's shell extension), and I was wondering if there was something just a small causing this major issue.

Thanks!

Solution
Hi,

Start by installing any important update from Windows. According to some Win 10 users there's a new build available for update already. (Build Version 10586) After installing all the updates try to clean install the graphics card.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall graphics driver.
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics.
- Download and install the latest driver from AMD.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed.
