I have dual monitors that have resolution issues since I did the free upgrade to Windows 10

I have dual monitors that are required for my remote working environment. I did the free upgrade to Windows 10 and now my resolution is messed up on both monitors and carries over into my remote work space when I am logged on. I have tried adjusting the resolution but it then shortens the display on the sides or won't let me use the 2nd monitor in my remote site. I would really like so assistance if possible as I am computer illiterate
