Black&White Screen PLEASE HELP

Hello, today while just downloading Fallout 4 and trying to play it, it kept crashing for me upon starting up so i looked up ways to fix it and when i tried to explore my AMD Catalyst options i accidently made my screen black and white and i have no idea how to fix this. If needed to know i was under INFORMATION and clicked SOFTWARE on the Product summary and when i tried to exit the page, it said "Some settings have not been applied yet. You may need to apply them to continue". After doing that it jacked up my whole computer.

If you can help me with this id be Greatly appreciated. (Note im not very tech savy)

Open up AMD Catalyst Control Center, under My Digital Flat-Panels, Display Color (Digital Flat-Panel) look for Saturation and make sure it's at 100, or click the reset box next to it.

I dont have any options when i open it up
