Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586: slow installation

Hello so today i finished downloading the new windows 10 update but its taking a while to install. It was stuck at 27% for almost 30 minutes and i want to know is there a problem or is that a normal rate time for it to install this big update.

Now its 29% but not moving up. Is there a way to cancel the installation and to restart it again ?

Just let it run. Mine was 'slow' as well.
I'm currently stuck at 'Restart'.

mine was slow too, and before it finished the install, it 'bricked' my motherboard. Everything just stopped - can't even boot into post now.
An hour on m/s helpdesk didn't sort it, eventually they said to phone for stage 2 help - can't get through to them because they are "experiencing higher than normal' call volumes - says it all!
