High Latency Please Help

I keep getting high latency from windows 10. I have everything updated, bios, all drivers, network driver. It keeps saying storport.sys is causing the high latency. Any idea how to fix this? I've literally tried everything. I changed all my power settings in windows and bios and still keeps doing it. I have nothing left to do. There is no update anywhere for the storport driver

In order to better answer this question can you please pass on your full system specs?

Try sfc / scannow and see if it helps. Although different OS's (the underlying principle's are the same) something for you to read here and here in the mean time.

Is your installation of Windows 10 from an upgrade path or a clean installation?
