Application error 0xc000007b program couldn't start correctly. No solutions are working.

Application error 0xc000007b program couldn't start correctly. Guys I've tried everything from chkdsk, to reinstalling directx, visual c++, and .net framework, but i can't get it to work. Nothing i try to start is working. This is very annoying, and i don't want to restore because I have a lot on this computer. I have also run everything in compatibility and administrative modes but to no avail. I'm running Windows 10. I'm really close to throwing in the towel here and I have no clue what to do. Is there any other fixes I can use? Any help is appreciated.

Although this was way back in July I don't want to say that it is going to be your next move to reinstall everything.

Have you tried running sfc / scannnow? Furthermore which application are you trying to install that is throwing this error message?
