PC goes blank/black screen after windows logo

Everytime i boot my pc it loads splash screen then POST and then it show me windows logo and Preparing Automatic Repair under it and after this black screen appears, but i can still move my pointer and my pc does a strange silent noise t-ting..... t-ting..... t-ting......

my OS: windows 10 64-bit
cpu: intel core 2 duo e4300 1.8GHz
gpu: nvidia 8600 GTS

thats not the first time im having problems with my pc, all this started to happen when i got installed windows 10

Hi,

Start by doing a hard reset most of the time this resolves the issue. Unplug it from the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up and see if it will load you desktop screen. If these doesn't work try some of these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- While the laptop is on with only the mouse cursor connect and external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it. If it shows the same black screen with only the mouse cursor you can disconnect the external monitor.
- Press CTRL+ATL+DEL at the same time and select Task Manager.
- Once open click File then select New Task. Type "explorer.exe" and click OK, see if you'll get your normal desktop screen back.
- If this doesn't work try loading the PC into Safe Mode and see if will load your desktop screen.
- While the PC is loading up tap on F8 repeatedly until it shows Advanced Boot Options.
- Select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- If these doesn't work I would suggest to just do a factory reset with it since it may be an OS issue.

i found out something: i tried to run my pc with case opened and i saw cpu fan tried to spin a little but it spined back and that repeats.
