H8 1160t upgrading graphic card

I have an H8 1160t with Geforce 530 graphic card, 300 w psu. Looking to replace card having trouble figuring out what card will work in my pc. I will be replacing PSU with a new 500w Psu.
Just can't figure which graphic cards out there will work in my pc. Kids play WOW on this Pc and the temp on the card is reaching 200f according to Speccy. So I need a card that can handle WOW

This is the CPU you have correct, i7-2600?

I could find case info, could you measure how much space there is for a GPU length wise.

Two decent but short GPUs would be the GTX 750 Ti(140$/130$ after rebate: LINK). Or you could look at the GTX 950(160$: LINK)
These are both step-ups from your older GPU. The 950 being better.

An expensive but powerful little guy is the R9 Nano(630$/610$ after rebate: LINK)
