Acer aspire timeline U blue screen cannot fix help

Acer Aspire timeline U original Windows 8 upgraded to Windows 10 Using computer when a blue screen came on and said missing OS file. Tried F8, alt F10, reboot three times not letting boot still same blue screen.
Had installed a newer version of norton 360 the day before.

Uninstall your antivirus and also make sure the installer for your OS is not corrupt. Perform sfc / scannow to rectify any windows files corruption. You can also restore to a point before the issues began occurring.

Is it possible to pass on your model number? Did you install all your necessary drivers?
