If its around 23 inches then maybe the BENQ xl2411z. Even better response time and 144hz.

Also if you are using an nvidia with GSync available you should highly consider AOC G2460PG

It is a 240Hz monitor in reality (obtained from a 120Hz input) technically speaking, and their 240 turbo innovation as they call it doesn't increase input lag, but has minimised it. Your only source for people who have tested the monitor is to the people who have actually bought it, which suppliers site's will have those answers.

Eizo's 2421 240 Hz "Turbo" mode, comes out sharper than a regular panels 144 Hz. Also, definitely do it for the VA panel if you can afford it, it's night and day.
