Help me build a Silent Gaming PC please

Hello

I'm new to the forum and i'm planning to build a new desktop, currently using a i7 970 w/ Asus Sabertooth X58, GTX580.

So far i've gathered a few items and would need some opinions for the rest of the rig please.

I have:
Fractal Define R5
Noctua U14S
Noctua P14 X3
Sandisk Extreme Plus 500GB SSD
Samsung 850 Pro 250GB SSD X2 (Raid 0)
Corsaid AX760i
Intel i7 6700K

I Need:
Ram: Kingston or Corsair 8GBX2
Motherboard: NEED ADVISE
Graphic card: GTX 970 or R9 390

My goal is to have a Silent PC that I can play League of Legends on it without hearing the fans running.
I will most likely not overclock it, even if i do it'll be minimal (just to say I did it kind of thing)

If you are building that system just for LOL, you don't need to build a new desktop, your current system should be able to play it on highest settings smooth. Spending money on a GTX 970 for LOL is like taking the space shuttle 3 blocks to get ice cream.

Just get a quiet case and fans, changing anything else won't give you any improvement since you are maxing out the game anyway.

Yes I know my current system is capable of running it without issues, but I'm really planning to get a new desktop so I can give my current system to someone else who needs a more powerful computer.
