Which BenQ 144Hz monitor should I get?

I'm a semi-pro CS:GO player and am looking to upgrade from my 60 Hz 7ms response time Dell S2340L

I am looking to upgrade to a BenQ monitor and don't quite know which one to choose. They vary slightly in price but that shouldn't matter. Can someone please advice me which should I pick and the differences between these monitors? Can't exactly find a very good post about the differences between these 3 monitors. Thanks in advance!

- BenQ XL2411Z
- BenQ XL2420Z
- BenQ XL2430T

I'm also open to suggestions from people who thinks other monitors are better than those I've mentioned and would accept your suggestions as well.

I own the XL2420Z.

It's AWESOME!

You might be able to find a decent price since it's last years model, and has been replaced by the XL2430 series.
And there's very little differences between the two.
