i factory reset my windows 10 computer and the reset was fine untill it hit 64% and then it just started going on a restart loop that goes over and over agian, i have no idea how to fix this please help!

What prompted you to do a factory reset?
This is a prebuilt machine, with preinstalled Win 10 OS?
