So I've settled with a solid 1080p build and all I'm currently looking for now is a good 1080p 1ms RT TN Monitor (as I'm aware IPS are much more expensive in most cases) that doesn't push $200 Australian Dollars. I mean if it's something like $210 AUD I'm not going to care but I don't really want to spend too much on a monitor as I'm not the wealthiest young lad.

Thanks guys!

EDIT: So I was just looking through a few forums and most people recommended a 5ms IPS Monitor over most 1ms TN Monitors for Gaming unless of course you were playing competitively etc. As I won't play very many competitive games other than CS, CoD & Battlefield, what should I get? Some 5ms 1080p IPS monitors are cheaper so I'm kind of debating. Although I do hate bigger response times (playing on a 50" TV for example) because it's like an itch I can't scratch.
Is there a massive noticeable difference between a 1ms & 5ms when playing games simply for singleplayer for example, Skyrim or something?

Solution
These 2 are the best options I found in your price range, but are 2 ms response time, which is not an issue.

Thank you a ton my man!
Which would you recommend? Both being 60Hz etc. I see no huge difference. Would just like to get as much info as possible before buying anything!
