Does anyone know what this error message means and why it happened?

I've just completed my new build, I downloaded all the latest drivers for my hardware but as I finished downloading the driver for my R9 390 it required a restart so I did to be welcomed by the windows 10 repair loop and this error message: C:/windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srtTrail.txt

So I reset windows and started again. Can anyone shed some light on this matter?

If automatic repair fails, it makes a log file at the location above with the errors. You would need to open it up, and see what error it is throwing. If you can't get into Windows, try booting into safemode.

Sorry for the long delay in replying, but the issue is resolved now I just restored my pc and its working fine now. Thanks
