IS my server CPU good enough?

I am looking at buying an Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630 v3 (20M Cache, 2.40 GHz) for my home server. The server would be used for backup of all of my computers, music and movie streaming, and remote desktop from anywhere in the world. Is my CPU good enough? I'm new at server building, so I'm not sure if this is enough or too much. If you wouldn't suggest this one, could you please suggest anything else?

Im not big on servers,

but im 90% sure that CPU is absolutely fine for that, Xeons are very very good server processors and I am defiantly sure thats fine for what you want.
