for exmple blade and soul ...
if im going to next area or if i go into city or if i change any video settings
my fps starting from very low fps 30 then claim up slowly back to 60
lets say if i pull alot of monsters my fps slowly droping from 60 to 24-30
and starting to build up again to 60
this 10 seconds of low fps freaks me out!
and i dont know what is the reson!
cuz its end up of capping it at 60fps so why its drops to 30fps and slowly claims back to 60fps?!
i tryd using on hdd / ssd (samsung pro) it has no effect on that isuue
i try to think its maybe a memory issue? (its seted on xmp on bios and i tryd both options)
or its maybe a mobo issue?
i dont think its a cpu or gpu problem sins they both dont pass the 60-70% usage when the fps droping
i tested that in few games and its same
