Building a pc, any needed tweaks or advice ?

I'm building a PC with a budget of $1000, I have a 1Tb hard drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse and a copy of windows 10 already. This is the build i made so far , is there any needed tweaks to it or advice for the build? Id like to have a high end PC to game on ultra for whatever game I decide to play.

Yes you are correct but overclocking is a waste of time and is certainly not worth am extra $100.

There would be little to no performance difference between a 4.5ghz i5 and a 3.5ghz i5. By the time the regular i5 is not good enough, you'll be more than ready to build a completely new build with all new parts anyway.
