Streaming PC Build Q and A

Good Morning all,

Need some help with streaming. I am very curious about streaming and providing entertainment for others to enjoy. I'm wanting to build another PC to use as primarily streaming, and maybe let my son try out PC gaming for CSGO and SWTOR. He loves his Ps4, but shows interest in those games. Most likely 95% of time it will only be used for streaming. I personally game on the following:

Internet speed is 100mbps up/ 25mbps down
ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA
I7 4770k- stock
Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory-stock at 1333 i think.
ASUS GTX7800 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP -Stock
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-850TX 850W
Cooler Master HAF X
ASUS PB Series PB278Q 27" 5ms
Window 10
I game at 1440p high to ultra settings with and without mods
I play games like:
EVE Online
Witcher 3
Fallout 4
Skyrim
and a couple odds and inns.

For my stream PC i have left over parts from my first build that include:

MSI GeForce GTX 580 3GB
8GB of Ram- from dell PC
A crap dell motherboard(maybe get new one)
I7-2600-Stock
23" 1080p Samsung LED Monitor

With all that said, I'm wanting to just get a tower, Power Supply, hard drive and Mobo, maybe with a budget all under $200 or $125 if im lucky with BF and Cyber Monday.
I want to stream at 720 or 1080. When I try to stream and game with my gaming pc i get bad lags, so with using those few parts and picking up a thing or two to complete the PC be good enough to stream with out it lagging at the 720 1080 mark at or above 30FPS?

Doing it for under 200 is going to be a stretch. but steaming uses almost no resources, 4 GB and any processor made in the last 5 years will do the job.

+ your ssd/hdd's which are always the expensive part of a media server. I run Toshiba 3TB in mine, very happy with their performance (over 1 year on em (6) without any issues!
