X99 System restarting on load of any game. Reboots with "overclocking failed" with stock CPU settings.

I've had this problem for the past few days. Upon loading any game I'm met with a black screen and then no signal message on the monitor. This only started happening after the 30 day grace period, so a revert to 8.1 isn't possible. The specs are below, and everything is up to date.
5930k
Titan X
16gb Corsair Vengeance
RM1000 Psu
Cooler master seidon 240m
Asus Rampage V extreme motherboard

As i said, everything is up to date, and was working perfectly until very recently.

No unfortunately i don't. Is there a way to verify that its the PSU?

check your PSU like littleleo suggests.

Take a look in your Event Viewer to see if it gives any hints.

Usually its due to a bad / under powered PSU. OR Heat can also cause this

Good point a system overheating can also shut down. How is the temp in your system look? Under load you would draw more from the power supply & produce more heat. Check your air vents be sure they all clean and check the fins on your heat sink to be sure they are clean and not clogged up with dust.

Temps are fine at around 20C.

Then that points back to the power supply. A titan X only requires around 600w power supply.

I actually have the RM1000, so that leaves me plenty of headroom.
