Converting dual os tablet to one os?

Hello everyone and thank you so much in advance for any advice. I just purchased a adragon touch i8 pro tablet. It comes with Android and Windows and can switch retroactively. If I boot from usb and attempt to reinstall the OS will it let me partition both the windows and Android side? I really don't intend to use android as I have a smartphone and really just want to use it as a cheap windows tablet. Thanks again.

You could put MiniTool Partition Wizard on a bootable USB stick and have full access to all partitions to do what you wish. It's a great little tool that I've used before - and it's free.
