SSD which one is good? BLACK FRIDAY

My first question is when I get my new SSD, can I install the OS (Windows 8.1) into the same PC again using the SAME CODE?

My second question is which one of these are better?

You should be able to transfer your windows files to the new drive. Microsoft support can help you out on that one (use live chat, works well). And as far as SSD choices go, samsung is the leader in that aspect so I would go with the 850 EVO.
